    Not originally, it was just PS1 at first and I think San Andreas was the first multi-platform game.

    You can get GTA3 and Vice city in a double pack for the Xbox I believe.

    Lol banned - GTA1 was on the PC originally, it's always been on more than one console, I think a litle after GTA2 was released GTA Advanced for the game boy game out, GTA2 was on PC at that point aswell, when GTA3 came out the xbox didn't exist, they had already made Vice City and were getting ready to release it for PS2 so there was no reason to release it on xbox, in 2004 they released it for xbox along with GTA3
