vBulletin are quite hot on cracking down on nulled software, I would avoid using it and buy one from vBulletin directly.
And to clear the air, Habbox Forum uses legal vBulletin licenses bought from the vBulletin.com website

Don't use nulled, I don't know if they use callbacks, but they always find out, and people can report you for it, resulting in a shutdown site, maybe a fine. It is a copyright breach.
