Change the entrance bit. Maybe design a reception area, would look alot better. Well done though.

Add more of them rugs on the floors because it looks bear. Maybe swap the yukkas for more of them white pillars?

It's well laid out, but like others said the entrance needs improving. I reckon you should take away bookcases in the middle and put some more seating as well. Some more rugs too and it'll be perfect. :]
