You also have to take into account Priest racial spells, not just racial spells.

Human: Desperate Prayer and Feedback
Dwarf: Desperate Prayer and Chastise
Night Elf: Starshards and Elune's Grace
Draenei: Symbol of Hope and Chastise

Starshards: Rains starshards down on the enemy target's head, causing X Arcane damage over 15 sec. No mana cost, 30 sec cooldown.
Desperate Prayer: Instantly heals the caster for X to Y. 10 minute cooldown.
Symbol of Hope: Greatly increase the morale of the party members. Gives them up to X mana every 5 secs for 15 secs. 5 min cooldown.
Chastise: Chastise the target, causing X to Y Holy damage and Incapacitates them for up to 2 sec. Any damage caused will awaken the target. Only works against Humanoids. This spell causes very low threat.
Elune's Grace: Reduce chance to be hit by melee and ranged attacks by 20% for 15 seconds
Feedback: The priest becomes surrounded with anti-magic energy. Any successful spell cast against the priest will burn X of the attacker's Mana, causing 1 Shadow damage for each point of Mana burned. Lasts 15 sec.
