    Too lazy to re-write it just split it up with the return key on your keyboard. Anyway as above you could also use Protein shakes in some way or another. I'd recommend you go with a creatine shake. It doesn't damage your liver in the long term as much as the other protein shakes according to research.

    if you want muscles than deadlift, bench press, and do squats

    what weight are the dumbells you are lifting?
    'cos to be honest you haven't told us what you are lifting so i don't know how anyone can say how long it'll take to notice.

    Around 5kg each dumbell.

    those are rather small
    you should try and lift more as you will gain more mass
