    Awesome that's what i'm on. You'll get around 10-13mb/s in the day but at night and early morning i think it's higher

    Very true. On Wednesday, simple email problem,

    1 call.
    Transferred 7 times.
    4 Departments
    All but 1 Indian.

    Disconnected due to reason on system as "disconnect customer" with no other and valid reason given and disconnections cannot override it this time for some reason without supervisor login, which they are doing "within 7-10 days".

    Good speeds though, they'll do anything to get you to stay. We were on 2mb for £18, threatened to leave, 4mb for £8 p/m (Been with them since their top package was 150kb broadband.)

    No way. Man, we got this 20mb service for FREE. Because we were promised 10mb service in feb but that didn't come so we complained and get this for the next six months

    OMG.

    lol, did virgin have to install a cable box thing or did you have one of those 9x boxes before 9x went out of business?

    Well we had a crappy SB3100 from when NTL was around which could only do a max of 2mb/s l0l. so we got a free new virgin one. looks very nice

    We were using a Nynex box up until the week before ntl rebranded, got an ntl cable box now, only took him 5 or so mins aswell. I was using the ntl:120 until that same week when it was replaced with an ntl:250
