    Do you have MSOE.dll on your computer? Run a search and if you don't I think you need that in System32.

    yeah, I do have it on the hard drive.

    If this is happening after you've re-installed, you might have to do it again lol.

    yeah.. it's become less relieable... like windows vista has more relieabitly then this..

    i want to know, if anyone can take a picture of there windows xp home sp2 system folder... would be nice to see what is missing.

    i just ended up re-installing windows again. No errors.
