There is a quest (i cant remember the name) and once youve done it, you can go into a cave, and in the cave there are level 72 things and they can drop dragon plate legs, but its unlightly. You usaly get runes or ad daggers.

kill flesh crawlers. 2nd floor of the security stronghold. collect the good herbs, i.e rannars+ depending on what you want to pick up, aswell as any stackable items, runes, noted iron ores etc.

you can make at least 50k per trip. but that depends on what you pick up and what you dont.

good way of getting some herblore xp if you pick up, clean, then drop the lower level herbs if you arent keeping them
