    I prefare using Zamzar as they are pretty reliable, or you can use firefox addons, or download programs, a quick google will help you find em.

    Download the latest copy of Real Player, it then adds a "Download This Video" button to every youtube video

    Its not for iPod its for my N95 it supports MP4 not FLV.
