He says himself he wants to get out of the spotlight. In an interview of Tupac on "Tupac Ressurections" he says "I had millions of people ready to do what I requested. I was scared". The government knew that Tupac was respected by black and white people alike and that they listened to his views, especially those about ghettos, projects, and living on the streets and how the government does nothing to help them out. Tupac knew that the more famous he got the more the government would want to eliminate him. So, he cleverely faked his death to return in 7 years time, because it is law that if a peron is claimed dead for over 7 years without prove of being alive they do not have any legal penalty for forging their own death. Why has Tupac not came back yet? I believe if he is still alive and hasn't come back (which he hasn't) I believe it is so he doesn't get asassanated or anything like that. I have a theory that if he is alive that he would be in a remote country in South America, Africa, or Asia blending in starting over his life decently..
