Yeah, that is a car, and a good car at that

Do you know if you spawn that car, get into it and press L1, you can access the police database, search criminal records and even request police backup.

Also if you dial 911 on your phone, you can request the police, fire or paras.

You can do that in a normal Police Car

Me and my mates were on free-roam earlier and went in the helicopters at the airport, had lil fights, quite funny when helicopters smash up
