Maybe he was just saying hes got 100% uptime so far and not guaranteeing it?

Half the people on here just like arguing. It was obvious that he was saying 100% uptime upto now. Even an idiot can tell what he meant.

And so what if its a free template? Its better than most of them out there.

Reason why ALL hosts use 99.9% for when the little bugs or downtime happen which are unavoidable they can't be sued.

Unless you have went and checked EVERY host, you cannot say that they all use 99.9% uptime. Especially when you are accusing this host of having 100% lolll
