I highly doubt it, story takes 19 hours min to beat first try, finding all birds will take 3-4 hours with a guide, all stunts will take like 5-6 hours, probably longer if you have to retry them, doing every single side mission (assassin, drug dealer, exotic exports, random people etc.) would probably take like 7 hours, you'd have to 100% the game twice to do it any less than 19 hours to be honest, you can beat the game in 9 hours or so then rush through everything else really quickly

Yea but not everyone goes for 100% it could be 60%/70% or something, not everyone has the same goal
