nah its not 3 red lights its bottem red flashing that means avg cable aint working so i tried on my brothers cables didnt work they told me step by step eg taking hard drive putting back in didnt work so they said the graphics thing has burnt out

Mines already being repaired, and should be repaired by tomoz, then hopefully they'll send it bk, if this happens, i WILL be impressed with Microsoft.
The tracking thing for UPS is also brilliant, how you can see where your 360 is etc.
