i was well paranoid as well, i mixed mine, like i K.Oed oh god couldn't handle it, woke up thought it was bout 3 in the morning when it was only 10ish and I was like crap my mums gonna go mentalll, then I went home nd drank loads of water, didn't give me that giddy feeling till after a few times.

Very sickly, wanted to get out, at first. But when my mad stomach ache had gone I felt great. Sadly, the strobe lights kicked in and nearly knocked me out.
