Lol, If some one had 90 attack, 50 strength and 10 def. They would own you, but have a low combat lvl. And if hes using protect from melee (lvl 43 prayer) he will not need deffence as much.

*Rolls Eyes* What a n33b.. Thats Not really a good Pker... Its a good character not a good pker.. A good pker is someone with a lowish combat and concentrates on what stat.. ie A Level 40 Combat with 60 Magic.. It could go out to level two hit other level 40's with blast spells and hit 20's..
