Are you telling me you'd drive in a trans-Atlantic tunnel? It'd be freezing, the pressure would probably be too much for anything in the tunnel, and overall, it would take ages to drive it.

It's just simply 'Art' and a little interesting. Art is odd like that.

It isn't an actual tunnel, it is two HD cameras behind a one way mirror, connected by broadband.

Well the connection is using high-speed internet which is faster than the average person's broadband so presumably Tiscali are funding the high-speed connection and in return get advertised.
