I'm gonna say it's photoshopped. There's no actual full body shots of the guy in like, a normal settings - it's just all close ups of the "Tattoos", and besides, it looks too perfect.

But no, if I was to get a tattoo I'd get something personal to me. Spiderman is just a commercial gimmick now.
