    OK so first of all you were stupid to get so drunk and let her get so drunk. A good friend would've made sure that one of you was more sober and she drank enough to be merry but not too much where her family had to get her.

    Secondly, you need to deal with the issue with the brother. Find him and apologise and explain you would never take advantage or let anything bad happen to her sister.

    Thirdly, you need to decide if friendship is enough. If it is then tell her that you both got drunk and that what happened was a mistake but if you like her then you have to
    A) Decide if risking your friendship is worth it
    B) Tell her
    Talk things through with her and then see where you are at.

    Drink responsibly.
