    Then again it's SUGAR Puffs. Why not eat toast for breakfast ?

    Or try the weetabix week.

    omgomg i wrote a long comment and my browser refreshed, AH. At first you probably just lost water weight and that's why it's come back.

    Anyways scrap what I was going to say.. your diet isn't the best?

    suga puffs with added sugar? SUGAR IS PURE FAT?! I suggest you eat crunchie nut, it has nuts in it which just taste like sugar and plus it's like 100 calories per bowl and overall one of the nicest cereals EVA. 'drop a jean size in 2 weeks' product.

    Then you choose a fruit which contains the MOST carbohydrates in, did you know you could eat a piece of dark chocolate and it would me more healthy then a damn banana. TRY MELON has barely any calories mostly made up of water.

    A sandwich is ok.. but then again bread is a carbohydrate so make sure you have brown bread if you have to have a sandwich. I know it sounds boring but probably a salad/pasta/rice would be better.

    a normal dinner is fine

    and i'm not even gunna comment on the bun.. SERIOUSLY.

    If you want to build muscle stick to your daily routine, but if you want to lose weight swim or jog/run.

    Toast is always good, and make sure you excercise.

    Try and cut out as much Sugar / Salt as you can

    since when does sugar make you fat? if anything, it gives you energy to exercise

    ok as of this morning I no longer eat sugar puffs, its Special K all the way (with no added sugar of course!).

    instead of the bun im gonna have like a banana or something
    lol rofl lmao etc..
