Sony ericssons are nice, but yeah they break easily. My w810i takes about 20mins just to turn on so I just dont bother to ever turn it offalso it decides it wants to send people messages by itself -.- so it takes something from my inbox and sends it to someone completely different without me telling it to. Pretty Annoying.

Any software related issues can be resolved by just updating your software off the nokia website - SE and Samsung you have to send them away through the store you brought it. All phones come with a 1 year manufacture warranty, so if it's been under a year take it back and get them to send it away.

Nokia are for business people, but imo they are a lot nicer than Sony Ericsson, I got a k810i, but as soon as dad offered me an N95 i jumped at the chance.
