It's a fantastic idea and is definitely a step forward from the old Contact Us system.

There isn't any member of habbox staff that I know of who isn't reliable and trustworthy, so I have no idea what you're all talking about. The old system didn't work, everyone knew that, so we got a new one to sort it out. Anyone at habbox is capable of staffing it, so I don't see where the debate is tbh.
