It actually says in the T&Cs if accounts are not used for 6 months they will be deleted, but it never happens.

Tbh, it would be nice, but I don't think they will. Why? Because if they delete all old names, Habbo will have less members therefore appearing less popular to businesses who wish to advertise and such.
