Ione's present isn't opening?

If I remember from what someone told me right, they won't open the present for you. However, they might offer you anything out of the catalogue, your choice. That's only what i've been told, not sure if that's 100% true.

the reason it won't open is because since the ione was hotel manager the code for opening presents have changed so unfortunately the present opening button is now useless

I remember someone getting a throne out of one, about 1 year ago when the contacted Habbo, but then again that was 1 year ago.

The Sulake staff I believe are required to give the user the item in the present. A source code modification is not substantial justification for neglecting to provide a user with what is legitimately theirs.

They should, if I'm correct, treat this item as a corrupted item, their policy regarding corrupted items, would be to repair the corruption in the database (under these circumstances, the appropriate solution would be to update the present, so it is open-able.)

I've only ever seen one Ione's gift, so the unopened ones are very rare unfortunately they can't be sold, but Like paul said you can contact habbo about getting yours open.
