Yeahh Spain don't care. When I lived there I was like 8 and they used to bring us alcoholic shots at this restuarant LOL! (I didn't have them - well I did once but only to try - my parents aren't bad ones, honest! LOL)
When I go to visit my Dad I always go buy beer and stuff so dw about it.That went fast.

I always get served for anything in Spain?
They're laws aren't as strict as here.. If your caught buying alcohol etc underage then its YOU that gets fined, hence why nobody really cares.
Just act confident and they will serve you
