    In all honesty, I must agree with a few posts made above.

    I fail to see how you would get banned a total of five times for no reason?
    Don't bother giving me + or - rep as I simply don't give a dam...?

    This happened to me, i e-mailed saying if i don't get unbanned or you don't tell me a reason i'll ring a lawer to get a refund on evreything i spent on habbo, that scared them and i got unbanned

    they probably didnt get scared i think they were laughing so much they slipped and pressed the big unban button. anyway unlucky mate, if your really desperate you could always go down to their offices in london.

    One or two times could be an accident but if they've banned you 5 times then they must have a valid reason. I would email again and request to find out why you're constantly banned. They should give you a reason, whether you're guilty or not is another reason.

    You have to give them 2 working days to reply, sometimes it takes longer, but not normally. The automated message is sent to inform you either that they'll reply to you asap or that you need to reply to the automated email outlining your problem. You need to be polite to them, which from your posts, I don't really think you were. If all else fails, get a parent to phone/mail them.

    They wont replt to emails Friday after 5pm till Monday after 9am because they do not work during these hours

    Sulake has an obligation to provide you with the details regarding your ban. Just navigate to http://habbo.co.uk/help and select 'Contact Us'. If you're polite, then they wont hesitate to respond to your inquiry. Sulake doesn't provide the reason why a user is banned upon logging in, the user must take the initiative to contact Sulake, so Sulake disregards users being impolite.

    the first 4 they gave me a reason apparently its for T&C violation but when i called them they removed it 5th time no reason and no awnser
