No proof - plus they don't really need to close habbo to find out what is going on, because they already know. Also, they wouldn't just close the UK hotel - it's sulake who fix bugs and stuff.

They just need to change the encryption - which they are doing.

i doubt this very much, first of all, why close the site ALL weekend? The Weekends are probably the busiest period for Habbo, they have common sence most Maintenence Breaks take place during the day time/afternoon Mon - Fri because these are less busy times thus less people are affected.

Sulake normally produce a patch, or upgrade for the Hotels to 'install' so to speak. Once they find the solution, they upgrade. It doesn't take a whole Weekend to do.

remember how many maitence breaks there where during the v7 installation, so to upgrade that + trying to get all the scripted furni undone + trying to eliminate the scriptors paradise dream, that will all take time.
