Has Neville even played in a game since he took over? How is he supposed to be captain when he dosen't play? If I had my way, David Wheater would start every game and be England captain.. Not that I'm biast..

Capello said ALL English Captains in Engllish clubs would be given a chance. Whether Phil Neville is crap or not, Fabio said ALL captains, therefore why not play neville? if he had said "I will try 4 captains" then i would of understood

but he said all captains from the premiership whos English....he gave Barry (A.Villa), Gerrad (Liverpool), Terry (Chelsea).
