I just use FireFox's AdBlock Plus tbh

I use a CSS sheet that blocks them on Safari.

Since it's not offensive or against the rules it won't be blocked. If it bothers you that much then I recommend you download the firefox add-on which will block the advert for you.

I do but I'm on my Grandmas laptop, and I was viewing the Announcements forum and I just thought it might be of help to management to block such ads.

If you can acccually get the link to the ad then management can block it. They need the accual link to the add then i will pm it to seirk to block it
