She seems like she's after the attention of another male while her boyfriend isn't giving it to her, she's just using you while her BF doesn't want to talk to her.. Maybe talk to him about treating her better, see if her attitude towards you changes?

Sounds like she is doing it for attention and maybe to make her boyfriend jealous. I think you should be a good friend and not do any moves towards her, would you like it if your friends did the same to you with your girlfriend when you have one? She is taken, leave it be for now until she ends with her boyfriend.

Yeah, bad if you think about it like that. But there's no point changing your ways yet, if you both are having fun, as friends, it's ok... but if you were the boyfriend, and you saw someone with your girl, I don't know if you'd like it? lol
