Because she will be a sex buddy which means no relationship with the person only fun sex with no heartbreak. They both have to discuss what its all about before being sex buddys. It also means you can have sex with other people not only with that one person.

Yes, but if there's no love I'd more likely just get with them and not actually go out with them. I was doing that with a friend of mine a few months back; we'd get together and get it on or something from time to time but were just mates otherwise. Had to stop when she got a boyfriend haha

It would depend, I think it's shallow to do it and I couldn't ever do that to a girl myself BUT this is about you. Do you know for certain that she's playfully flirting with you & just wants a bit of sex off you? Would she be the one who comes onto you most of the time, and she just seems to be up for it? It would depend on both your morals. If you believe its right then sure, go do it but sex is risky business. Questions like, "What if you get her pregnant?" and "What about when she gets a boyfriend?" come to mind, would you support a baby if she went forward with it, knowing that you thought a bit of sex would be fun?

It's serious business dude, sex gets everything complicated most of the time, but especially when its something like this. You'd really have to expand on what your relationship is with this girl, and why you think that she'd be up for such an idea. The above was more of a sex ed lesson than advice for that reason.
