Plenty exersise, swimming is good to tone yourself, sit-ups for good abs and jogging.

I can't do many excersises. Because of when I was really thin, my muscles basically went ****, and i've only put on fat, so there's not much point in keeping in if i can't get my muscle back easily.
well to gain muscle, u will need to exercise. eating not alot wont do that. just start off doing small exercises and work ur way up each week.
You need to eat regulary.
Not eating causes your body to store what you do eat as fat because it doesn't know when it will be fed again.
If you eat properly, then you will be able to exersise and tone up!
