right.. i need a script where people can register and login. when they login it takes them to a screen that tells them how many links they have sumbited and there balence. they can also send a link when there loged in to me from my website. when they send a link it will credit there account with a cirten ammont of money eg 3p, when they reach £5 they can send the money from the account on my website to there paypal account.

I suggest you ask a coder to code one for you, I'd code one but I have no idea how I'd intergrate a payout system.
