i told mi bro, hes 19 and just got back from uni, hes got plenty of qualifications in ict n such. Shud be perfect, he said this to me "i wouldent mind gettin paid for sitting on my sofa helpin random teenagers instead of workin on a shop floor" lolol

d. Dealing with Calls for Help from teen players
e. Communicating with team members regularly
f. Problem-solving, troubleshooting
g. Providing shift reports to team members and Community Manager
h. Moderating within the hotel as needed
i. Using staff-specific web tools as required
