Well if your had the right kind of mind and heart you would return the expensive phone back to its owner <_<.lol, he asked if he could unblock it not whether he should ******* return it or not.
Also, I'd google it and check out some of the links. I just did and there seems to be a couple that might come in handy?

To everyone who said to take it back well thats up to him if he wants to, he got given it from his uncle who must have stole it somewhere.
Hes trying to jailbreak it now, and one of the aplications has some activate iphone thing on there, don't know if itll work but its up to him lol.

It won't work. The IMEI number will be blocked in what ever country it was reported in.

Even more ilegality, and can easily be traced as soon as it is connected to the network within a few hundred yards.
