i can't take the enemy seriously for 2 reasons

    - theyre all way too short
    - their style is way too similar to The Jam

but they are half decent live, i'll give them that one

The drummer is worse! It's all about the bassist, my friend.

the reason they got so big is because they made catchy & brilliant songs that got lots of radio/tv-play. and imo they deserve it. i don't care that they got big in a short space of time, they deserve to with their debut album. hopefully they'll follow up with a great second album. but with most artists their debut is pretty much usually their best because they want to try & get noticed/get big. and once they do, they usually don't try so hard with the next album.

i really hope they bring a second album out soon, i'm just starting to get bored of their debut after about 100 listens.

Nope, unless he has moved within the last week. He lives at the top of my town, but i'll agree that he is rather ugly. Poor guy got called mousey.

like arctic monkeys, the first album was bloody brilliant, but the second album paled in comparison

I have to agree with you, I loved their first album but after listening to about two songs from their second I just gave up and thought "yet another band who dissapoint when asked to make a second album "
