Considering buying an Ipod

I would go for the touch. Had mine since christmas, had no problems, no regrets. There are SO many more features than the original looking iPods. Its touchscreen!

The other up-side is that either Tomorrow or July 5th/11th, theres an iPod update which will allow you to add new programs, like games, utilities and other fun stuff!

Go for the iPod touch!

Jail-breaking does void the warranty, well thats what I have heard and read. Although you shouldn't have any problems while Jail-breaking it or using it if you use programs such as ziPhone (Works for the iPod Touch as well) (Windows & Mac). If you do have a such problem it can be easily fixed by the most of the time by the simple "Restore" function or people on iPod/Apple forums will be also happy to help if you have any real problems. Shouldn't be too much hassle really, its done in like 5 minutes at the max?
