Well they should, it's a waste of time now, over a year has passed and at the end of the day, she is most likely not alive. Madeleine is a one-life collateral for all the money that has gone into the investigation, and it should have been stopped a long time ago.

Her parents are responsible one way or the other, they left her unattended, when they could of used a baby-sitting service, while they went out and enjoyed themselves. Guilty as far as I'm concerned.
