    I think it's their problem if they leave it unlocked, I wouldn't worry yourself with it.

    its illegal, but they probly wont find out, and if they do, they wont know what to do lol

    If you get caught, all you get-away is with a warning.
    Happened to my brother mates, his mum and dad took his internet, so he went (hacked) onto his neighbours internet connection.

    My laptop sometimes auto-connect to neighbours router. Anyway even if they did find out nothing would be done.

    I think its illegal, but if they find out then they wont care. But they could use a packet sniffer to check what you are viewing on the web and if you fill out any forms, they can check the data you input.

    I highly doubt they would do that if they left it unlocked in the first place
