    and? you get a new sim and away you go again you dont need to register it and with it being mobile can take it anywhere so they would really struggle to prove who was downloading.

    Also this is just ridiculous and idiotic and harsh. Who ever is trying to trick people voting for it without telling them what it means should be sacked.

    I've been "file-sharing" for 3-4years, they haven't noticed yet. good job internet! I win again!
    and it only applies to people that upload files as you are breaking MORE laws doing that.
