I've been "file-sharing" for 3-4years, they haven't noticed yet. good job internet! I win again!
and it only applies to people that upload files as you are breaking MORE laws doing that.

this doesnt just apply to music i dont think, apparantly its for example game patches, addons, software downloads etc aswell
