some of the replies on this post are ridiculous. i suggest changing your diet, not to "fatty" foods as suggested but foods high in protein. chicken is one of the best sources of protein, giving off something like 26.2g of protein per breast. and 1 tina of tuna has 25g of protein. eat foods high in protein & start doing weights/dumbells. peanut butter, meats in general(such as beef & steak) and dairy/egg products are high in protein so eat plenty of them. it has been suggested that you have anywhere between 0.6 - 1.5g of protein per lb of bodyweight you have, a day. if you raise this then you will put on weight & with your body-building at the gym not only will you put on weight but your body will get toned (use smaller weights with more reps), unless you're going for the 'big muscle' look instead of the 'toned' look; then you should go for a high weight with less reps.
Xander is right this is exactly what you should do. You should definitely start thinking about putting on weight though as im an inch shorter than you yet weight 9 stone something.
