mine took exactly 2 weeks from the time they picked it up to the time they delivered back to my doorstep

I know what it's supposed to take, I was wondering how long it actually took for people who have experienced it to get it back to them, no biggie anyway.

First time it took 3 weeks, then the second time it took exactly 1 week as they told me because I had sent it for repair before they would put it as top priority, they also gave me another years free warranty and a month free xbox live.

My brothers took about.. 3 months. They ended up losing his console and having to replace it. My mum was on the phone every night and their customer service was useless. He got promised a free controller and 3 months of live. It turned up with 1 month of live only. My experience with Microsoft is crappy.

I have noticed that too, the first time I sent it off for repair it was sent to somewhere in the UK, and then the second time it was sent to Germany and it was quicker.
