I live in Southampton which is Chav heaven... we've been voted to have the most chavs in England a few times and were the only recognised place outside of London/Manchester/Liverpool to have Gangs and we're tiny in comparison to those cities... so we're pretty ****** up down here

I mean me and my friends get jumped probably averaging on once a week... I get verbal abuse like 9/10 times I go out and I get physically abuse about 2/10 times (Trust me, I’m not exaggerating... I probably bring it on myself though... Goth clothing, make-up and long hair lol...)

Anyway... down here chav pride is nasty... some of the gangs respect members for beating up goth/punk/scene/emo girls! I've had a few close females friends get bottles/punched/kicked and set on fire by groups of like 5-10 guys...

So yes, not a nice area... anyway... right now SMMB (the worst of the gangs) is out to get me... I got drunk a few months back, told one of them there were a "****** up ****" and laughed at him when he said he was going to kill me... (Bad move... SMMB are the gang that supplies guns :eusa_wallstupid drunkness.)

But it hasn't stopped me going out at all... people i know have been stabbed to death by chavs here for a £5 note... and I have 200 of the nastiest, armed ****** in Southampton after me and yet I still go out! In fact, I go for regular walks around SMMBs hang out areas at 1am on my own...

The way I see it is the chance they'll kill me is tiny, chav code here is if you have a target, you beat him half to death and then leave it, you get the respect and then don't need to beat him that much ever again...
So far it's been months and other then a few punches and the odd bottle or mugging - none of SMMB have even noticed I'm the guy they're after...

And even when/if they do, it means it's over... maybe a broken nose and a couple of black eyes but that's it... then it's just back to the occasional punch.

I dono how it is in your area but I expect it's close to the same, some of the chavs here that have had fights with me and won respect me now, a few have stopped me being beaten up and one stopped me getting a firework set off in my face...

So the way I see it is - if the beating is going to happen, get it out of the way and then it'll be over - maybe even get a few punches in there so he knows not to just ideally bully you because he thinks you wont do anything about it..

There's no point staying in just to delay it, grudges don't go away - if it's going to happen, it's going to happen...

It's not great advice but it's the way of the City-Kid like me "Take the beating and get it over with.."

Helps to be a bit masochistic like me though... scares them a little when you laugh the whole time they're hitting you.

Sorry I can't offer better advice but that's what I’d do.

LOL.... So your telling him to just let them beat him up and laugh whilst they do it?

If there going to say anything to you let them say it, but don't be a fool and let them bully you because they'll take advantage if they can. We don't have Chav's down here we mainly have gangs full of black people. Dont be hasty when sticking up for yourself, if they know you can they'll move onto someone else.

Fact is everyone takes bullying there own way, I myself don't know how I'd handle it as I've never been bullied. You should talk to your parents if your that scared and don't want to leave the house.

You have to leave the house at some point, and the longer you wait the worse the problem get's.

i come from a rough area aswell, but i fight if i have to, if the police have a problem then i tell them straight, they hit me first and i simply was using self-defence

and tbh the police dnt need 2 hear ur friends side of the story, nothing gives anyone the right to carry a knife.

    Ahahahah.
I live on the Isle of Wight.

    Anyway... Back on topic...
I carry a knife around with me most of the time, nobody touches me as I'm just over 6 foot so bigger than most yet, best to be safe than sorry.
