Yeah, the theory behind it and you actually get judged on your ability to play.

Not the greatest thing going from a high intensity badminton match to playing football in 30 deg heat to doing a 2k run all within 3 hours!

PE is great, the theory side is interesting it's all about the body. Which is good to know.
