I can see why the forum is there, I just can't see the reasoning behind the fact that if a user has a complaint to make such as pre-fixes or whatever that can be classed as feedback, why it should be moved to the complaints sub-forum if the management wouldn't like replies to it. Surely the thread creator has creditation for the thread and posted in the feedback section because that's what the thread was aiming for - feedback.

Still, I like that sub-forum but I think all of it should be made private and only forum management can see it, if it is relevant to others - PM it on to the relevant manager.

I think it should be confidential.
