I will be working at Nivade as the Customer Relations Director, and I look forward to working with the public. As with any opening, there is likley to be problems (hopefully not!) - email and telephone will be offered tonight from 7pm - 10pm, with the service continuing between 8am - 10pm everyday.
I'm not saying oh god because of the way he looks. I am saying oh god because this is Darren we're talking about.

I am not support staff. I am incharge of Customer Relations - If you have a problem/question, you contact me. On the other end of things, it is my role to respond to those problems and improve the community as a whole, and develop new ideas.
I will work close with the public, and be the contact between the public, and the administration.
