I don't the banner font, and you need to have the forum open in a new blank window, if not the parent, when you click on the forum link. The Contact Us & Links links are broken links.
Nice colours, however consider changing the banner background colour to match.

Yer. The banner doesn't suit it at all. The layout is rather basic. . . And a bit boring.

I Like The Layout ( Perhaps A Bit Small ) Did You Use Gradients On The Banner Because You Really Need Kinda A More Habbo Related Layout And Banner but Your Choice.
