You beat me to it lol, it also depends on the case itself as not all full ATX cases have micro-ATX screw points but I would say at least 80% do.

The difference is a single screw in the motherboard which is some cases it really doesn't matter. However if you case supports BTX it also supports ATX/ITX Originally Posted by Josh-H
