Banned for something that happened outside habbo!

State to them that they cannot ban you for what happened outside the client as they do not have any recored proof/evidence backing up their allegations and nor do they have any proof linking you to the person who made the 'remarks' as they were done externally and anyone could have been impersonating you.

Just submit an appeal via Habbo Help Tool, phoning doesn't get you any further than emailing. I think that's quite a stupid reason because they're professionals and shouldn't take opinions from teenagers to heart. If they can't deal with criticism they shouldn't be in the job. Forums are there to discuss. Explain everything in an email and hope for the best, being rude to them won't get you anywhere either.

Just keep calling and explain that they can't ban you for saying somthing OFF Habbo thats like me saying <Staff member here> is the <curse here> in the world in school and being banned.
Its quite silly tbh.

thats exactly what happened! i " supposedly" made a comment about them on this forum, and they banned me for it! but this is the same habbo staff member that stole my pagen pillar when there was only 1 in the hotel. so maybe he has it in for me.? iduno lol

Well its good you got banned because you should not have said what you said about the player support - with that nasty attitude against an employer or boss you work with will get you fired from your job - so why not get banned from habbo for saying something like that on a forum.

I don't think it's right they can ban you for that but if you read their T&C's they can ban you for ANYTHING.

Just phone up saying that your a parent, and if you dont unban the account you will sue , if your voice hasnt broken and you dont sound liek a parent, get your parents to d o it, or some grandparents..
