If it was opensource (GPL licence) then you must provide a linkback, though i dont see how you are selling their products.

Ok, I now know the problem.

I have been informed that the website is a PAID script, and the copy that Josh Harris gave me, was infact an illegal copy. The website has now been taken offline, and a new website is being worked on tomorrow.

You did not say it was a paid script.

I have now got the site offline and a new website being built next week.
